Marinus L. Bergsma MBA CM is a graduated aircraft engineer (Part-66). He graduated at the Antony Fokkerschool.

As of many years he is co-owner of Air Waterland, and is responsible for the day to day management, sales and flight technical and operational business.

Marinus has a very extensive practical experience at Maintenance and Sales in General Aviation as well as Business Jet & Commuters.

He is a certified JAA Quality Manager and Licensed Surveyor for Lloyds London.

Ir. H. (Rik) Douwes is graduated as engineer at the Technical University of Delft.

As of many years he is co-owner of Air Waterland, responsible for consultancy, finance legal and compliancy, strategy and general management.

As consultant, Managing Director and Partner of several companies, Rik has extensive experience in business development and optimizing business processes in the financial and production industry.


Sander Rook, joined Air Waterland in 2012 as intern and is now a certified aircraft engineer (part-66).

Currently he is responsible for the operations of Air Waterland Maintenance B.V.. Besides taken care of the aircraft maintenance taks, he also supports the pilot owner maintence program. He is versatile en has experience on many classical and modern aircraft.


Richard Brouwer, is operations manager at Air Waterland. He is a former military at the Royal Dutch Army and is also a private pilot as off 1977. The majority of his flying experience since 1980 is as Para-pilot at several para-clubs. Currently at the "Nationaal Parachutisten Centrum Teuge".

He is responsible for the back-office and all aircraft paper-work at Air Waterland and its airplanes.
